Andrew Gardner
Andrew Gardner is Co-Managing Partner of Kaplan-Gardner. He is an entrepreneur with a proven track record of recruiting and building highly-successful technology companies, divisions, and teams. He has held senior management positions in digital marketing, business development, product management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, Andy was Vice President, Customer Insight Group at Razorfish, where he oversaw the User Experience and Data Analytics Departments. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director of Business Development at the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Before joining ETS, Andy founded Dolphin, Inc., a highly successful educational software company, which won multiple industry awards. In 1999, he sold Dolphin to the American Education Corporation.
Andy majored in Psychology at Yale College and graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He studied at Oxford University, where he conducted educational research. He then attended the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine, where he founded Dolphin, employing his professors as medical subject matter experts.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys whitewater rafting, canoeing, tennis, hiking, biking, camping, and singing in the choir. Andy and his wife, Tracy, live in Haddonfield, NJ, where they are raising their three children and their shih tzu, Rocky.
