Evan Kaplan is a Co-Managing Partner of Kaplan-Gardner. He has led recruiting practices for more than 18 years and has specialized in the digital and interactive marketing sector for the last 12 years.

Previously, Evan managed regional recruiting for Razorfish, one of the world’s largest digital marketing agencies and completed complex searches across multiple interactive disciplines. Before that, he was Co-Founder and Managing Partner at HireSharp, a talent acquisition consulting and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm that designed and managed mission-critical initiatives for Fortune 500 customers. Evan is a requested speaker, interviewee, and panelist at digital and interactive marketing associations and events. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the Pennsylvania State University and has completed graduate coursework at Wharton/The University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University.

Evan practices yoga and is an avid reader, foodie, and music fan. He’s volunteered for Big Brother/Big Sisters for the past 13 years. Originally from the Boston area, he now lives in downtown Philadelphia with his daughter.
